Joining Your Organization's Alooba Team
Welcome to Alooba! If you've received an invitation to join your organization's team on Alooba, this guide will walk you through the steps to get started. Alooba is a leading platform for data-driven talent acquisition and continuous employee skill development. As you step into this platform, you'll discover a suite of tools to work alongside your colleagues not only to streamline the hiring process but also to assess and nurture the skills of existing employees, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
Accepting Your Invitation
Once an admin in Alooba has invited you to join your organization's Alooba account, you should be able to follow these steps to get started:
Check Your Email: Look for an email from Alooba with a subject mentioning that "your colleague as invited you to Alooba". This email contains your unique invitation link. The sign-up link provided will expire after 72 hours from the invitation time so make sure to complete your account creation as soon as possible.
Account Setup: You will need to click on the link in the email, which will redirect you to a page where you can set up your password and complete your account setup.
Book a Demo: After setting up your password and initializing your profile, we strongly recommend new users book an intro call/demo with our team. This 30-minute session provides an invaluable introduction to the Alooba platform and ensures you can maximize its capabilities from the outset. You can schedule the demo directly into your calendar as the last step of the account setup. However, this is optional and if you want to skip it you can go directly to your Alooba dashboard.
- Initial Login: Once set up is complete, you will be logged into Alooba. Depending on your assigned role and permissions, you'll have varying levels of access to assessments, candidates, and settings.
