  3. Provide some basic information about the role: Input the necessary details to generate the assessment:
    • Assessment Name: Provide a descriptive name for the assessment to easily identify it later.
    • Location: Specify the location relevant to the role, for remote roles use the location you will be mainly targeting candidates from.
    • Role Title: Enter the title of the role for which you want to create the assessment.
    • Role Description: Input/Paste the detailed job description that outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the role. For accurate AI-generated assessments, it is essential to format role descriptions correctly. Use clear and concise language, ensuring that the responsibilities and requirements are explicitly defined. Avoid ambiguity and provide detailed information about the core skills and qualifications needed for the position.
